Condominium Rules for Tenants
- Quiet Hours: No noise in the residence between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Pool Access: Included free of charge in our rental offers, but the availability of amenities is not guaranteed. The pool is a shared space, so it may be crowded. The fact that you cannot use the amenities as much as you'd like does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
- Hygiene: Showers are mandatory before accessing the wellness area and before entering the pool and jacuzzi, especially after using the hammam or sauna.
- Attire: Swimsuits and burkinis are prohibited, nudity is not allowed. A towel is mandatory in the sauna.
- Prohibited Activities: Ball games, alcohol consumption, and the use of phones are prohibited in the wellness area.
- Usage: Please enjoy the wellness area responsibly. Access to the sauna and hammam is prohibited for those under 16 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Penalties: Non-compliance with condominium rules may result in a deduction from your security deposit.
- Contact: In case of any issues, please notify the concierge, who is your primary contact on-site. Contact us afterward if the problem is not resolved.
- Ski Equipment: Ski equipment must be stored in the ski lockers, not in the apartments.
- Cleaning: Cleaning can be done by the tenants. We do not require you to purchase the cleaning service, but if the apartment is not returned clean, the cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
- Bedding: Tenants are not required to rent bedding. You may bring your own sheets. Otherwise, the concierge offers a bedding rental service. Please contact the concierge for this.
- Trash Disposal: Trash must be disposed of in the recycling bins located at the entrance of the residence.
- Broken Items: In case of any broken items or damage noticed upon arrival, please notify the concierge as soon as possible for replacement. If you do not report it promptly, the cost will be deducted from your security deposit.
